Ok product but inflexible

The product is ok. The problem is their inflexible customer service. I purchased the 3 piece set for my wife. She is petite but large chested. We went for a small which was perfect for shorts and sweater. She needs a M/L for the top but I can’t just buy a top. I need to buy another 3 piece set that is M or L size. How brain dead is that? I’m prepared to pay for the new top even! Companies with this type of service usually end up going out of business…
