Lost or Stolen Packages
In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact us immediately here.
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with tags intact. Please do not combine returns from multiple orders. Items must be unworn, with the exception of trying on garments over underwear.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please submit a request at our returns center. Return shipping costs and any associated duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
