We accept returns within 60 days of the date the order was delivered.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been created, you will receive all details via email and you may drop your package at any post office.
Wrong item received
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- A clear photograph of the item you have received
Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!
Faulty item received
We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please contact us so that we can get it sorted for you ASAP!
Make sure you include:
- Your order number
- Photo of the product fault as clearly as possible
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
This process can take up to 1-3 business days. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
Unfortunately, we currently don't offer exchanges. In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we only offer refunds.
